BEIJING, Nov. 05, 2025 — Sunlands Technology Group (NYSE: STG) (“Sunlands” or the “Company”), a leading provider of adult online education and personal interest learning in China, announced today that its third quarter 2025 unaudited financial results will be released on Thursday, November 20, 2025, before the U.S. markets open.

Following the release of its quarterly results, Sunlands’ management will host a conference call on November 20, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time (8:00 p.m. Beijing/Hong Kong time).
