Newly published Epstein email alleges Trump ‘knew about the girls’

Approximately 20,000 pages of documents originating from the sex offender’s estate have been made public by the US House Oversight Committee.
An email has been made public by US Democrats, in which convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein alleged that President Donald Trump was aware of women obtained for sex trafficking.
This email is among approximately 20,000 pages of records from Epstein’s estate that the US House Oversight Committee released on Wednesday. These documents feature communications between Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who is presently serving a 20-year prison term for sex trafficking and connected crimes.
An email from 2011 shows Epstein informing Maxwell that an unnamed victim “spent hours at my house with him,” referring to Trump. Later, in a 2019 email to journalist Michael Wolff, Epstein stated that Trump “knew about the girls as he asked (Ghislaine) to stop.”
The records indicate Epstein mentioned Trump on several occasions, describing him as “borderline insane,” a “maniac,” and “f**king crazy.” Furthermore, in a 2018 email sent to Kathryn Ruemmler, a White House counsel during the Obama administration, Epstein remarked, “I know how dirty Donald is.”
Trump has maintained that he severed his ties with Epstein in the early 2000s and has charged Democrats with exploiting the situation to defame him and his government. Karoline Leavitt, a White House spokeswoman, stated that the recently disclosed documents “prove absolutely nothing, other than the fact that President Trump did nothing wrong.”
Via his Truth Social platform, Trump posted that Democrats were employing “the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax” as a diversion from the current government shutdown. He further commented, “There should be no deflections to Epstein or anything else, and any Republicans involved should be focused only on opening up our Country, and fixing the massive damage caused by the Democrats!”
Public interest in this case was reignited earlier this year following confirmation by federal agencies that Epstein’s 2019 death in a Manhattan jail, officially determined to be a suicide, did not involve any foul play. Furthermore, investigators uncovered no proof that Epstein kept a ‘client list.’
