Seoul National University Hospital Presents Korea’s Cutting-Edge Medical Technologies at MEDICA 2025
Featuring Smart Ophthalmic, Dementia Care, and AI Musculoskeletal Solutions on the Global Stage
SEOUL, South Korea, Nov. 12, 2025 — Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH) is poised to spearhead Korea’s presence at MEDICA 2025, the world’s largest medical trade exhibition, scheduled for this November in Düsseldorf, Germany.
In collaboration with three innovative Korean enterprises—MICROT Inc., Emocog Inc., and Connecteve Co., Ltd.—SNUH will showcase a variety of next-generation medical advancements, reflecting Korea’s increasing leadership in global healthcare technology.
This joint participation underscores Korea’s commitment to advancing medical excellence through smart ophthalmic devices, digital dementia solutions, and AI-powered diagnostic systems.
MICROT Inc.
MICROT develops groundbreaking ophthalmic technologies aimed at enhancing the safety and efficacy of glaucoma treatment. Their next-generation A-stream Glaucoma Shunt offers stable intraocular pressure (IOP) control through simplified surgical procedures, minimizing hypotony risk. Achieving a six-month success rate of 93.9%, the device is setting a new global benchmark for glaucoma care.
Emocog Inc.
Emocog is a bio-digital healthcare company dedicated to transforming the entire dementia care continuum—from prevention and diagnosis to treatment. By leveraging digital transformation, the company strives to overcome the limitations of traditional dementia management, assisting individuals in maintaining cognitive health and independent living for longer periods.
Connecteve Co., Ltd.
