Over 20 Chinese enterprise representatives visit Saudi Arabia to explore new international market opportunities.

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, Nov. 27, 2025 — A delegation of Chinese private enterprises, organized by the Chinese enterprise service platform TOJOY Enterprise Service, recently held business discussions with the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. Mr. Ge Jun, Chairman and CEO of TOJOY Enterprise Service, joined more than 20 representatives from companies, including Zhejiang Great Wall Mixing Equipment Co., Ltd. and Longqing Southeast (Hainan) Green Building Co., Ltd. The talks addressed various sectors, including investment, infrastructure, healthcare, and artificial intelligence. Assistant Deputy Minister Fahd Mansour Alhashem and other officials were present at the meeting. Both parties engaged in practical discussions concerning Saudi Arabia’s investment environment, industrial policies, and potential cooperation avenues between Chinese and Saudi enterprises.

During the exchange, Mr. Ge Jun emphasized TOJOY Enterprise Service’s long-standing commitment to supporting the global expansion of Chinese companies. He noted that this delegation, representing manufacturing, building materials, technology, and trade sectors, aimed to foster resource complementarity through pragmatic collaboration between Chinese enterprises and Middle Eastern markets.

Mr. Ge Jun highlighted Saudi Arabia’s role as a major Middle Eastern economy, actively pursuing diversified economic development under Saudi Vision 2030, with a focus on high-growth sectors such as new energy, information and communications technology, healthcare, and infrastructure construction. He pointed out that these areas align well with the strengths of Chinese enterprises in technology development, industrial integration, and large-scale operations. He further stated that TOJOY Enterprise Service would leverage its platform resources to assist Chinese private enterprises in better understanding local policies and business environments, thereby promoting cooperation that spans from product-level engagement to broader industrial-chain collaboration.

Mr. Ge Jun also advised Chinese enterprises to adopt a long-term perspective when expanding into Middle Eastern markets, stressing the importance of localization and compliance. He added that several participating companies have already initiated the process of registering their businesses in Saudi Arabia.

Throughout the discussions, both sides established preliminary cooperation intentions in fields such as infrastructure and smart transportation, healthcare, and artificial intelligence. The Saudi Ministry of Investment committed to assigning dedicated officials to facilitate coordination, while TOJOY Enterprise Service pledged to continue organizing targeted exchanges in the Middle East and aid in establishing a long-term cooperation mechanism between Chinese and Saudi enterprises.
