SHENZHEN, China, Nov. 28, 2025 — MingZhu Logistics Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: YGMZ, “MingZhu” or the “Company”) today reported that its subsidiary, Mingzhu Technology Limited, secured a substantial sales agreement with TickToc Apex Inc. (“TickToc Apex”) on November 27, 2025. This contract involves the provision and sale of 10,000 state-of-the-art MZ-01 model Robot Dogs.

As per the agreement, Mingzhu Technology is set to supply all Robot Dog units in stages to TickToc Apex’s specified U.S. domestic warehouse, with the complete delivery scheduled for no later than September 30, 2026. The total worth of this contract stands at US$6.99 million.
